The Donasonic CROSSFLOW Vertical Crusher is designed with robust simplicity in mind. The CROSSFLOW is a high-power homogenisation machine, capable of processing difficult materials with speed, reliability and efficiency. High throughputs of up to 5 TPH for the smaller x95, and up to 14 TPH for the larger sized machine. From E-scrap (WEEE), refrigerator recycling to organic materials, the Crossflow Vertical Crusher is a time saver wherever waste processing is involved, improving the efficiency of sorting and separating technologies to follow.

Different cutting head configurations and cutting/crushing attachments make the CROSSFLOW Vertical Crusher one of the most versatile waste reduction machines around. The head can be changed from shredding to crushing with the minimum downtime and no specialist tools.
The surface hardened tool head and cutting space wall are manufactured from hardox steel which increases wear resistance and prolongs machine life.
Like all Donasonic machines, Central lubrication is fitted to avoid unnecessary maintenance and downtime, plus optional IIOT cloud based real-time monitoring allows control and analysis of your systems performance, ensuring the maximum up-time and preventative maintenance.
